BK Solutions Inc – President (2004-present)
President and Founder of BK Solutions. A premier technology solution provider in the Chicagoland area to Associations and for-profit organizations. BK Solutions provides clients with Association Management System selection, implementation and support; network, PC and infrastructure services; Web & Database integration; disaster recovery planning; database programming in MS SQL and Access to name a few. Some of our clients include the American Library Association, Association Forum of Chicagoland, Association for Laboratory Automation, Cutting Edge Millworks, Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, Non-Ferris Founders Society, American Association of School Librarians, Men’s Groom Room, and others.

American Academy of Dermatology – Director of Information Services (1996-2004)
Started out as Project Manager and became the Director of IS for the organization. Overseen all IT operations for this major medical association which included the infrastructure for two for-profit subsidiaries. Major accomplishments included one Association Management System. selection and two Association Management System implementations, headed technology for new building construction and move, Implementation of a VoIP phone system in 2001, Y2K transition, accounting system conversion, and many other projects. Managed a staff of nine and a $700,000+ yearly budget.

Data Management Group – Network Integration Specialist (1993-1996)
Network Installation and integration with UNIX OS implementations, Novell Netware and Windows OS. Clients included American Society of Association Executives, American Academy of Pediatrics, Experimental Aircraft Association, American Library Association, Chicago Botanical Gardens, American ORT, Women’s American ORT, National Court Reporters Association, International Association of Assessing Officers, and many more.

P.M. Haeger & Associates – Manager of IT (1985-1993)

Provided overall technology management of this for-profit multi association management company. P.M. Haeger & Assoc. was the second largest AMC in the Chicagoland area in the 1980 – mid 90’s. Clients included the National Association of Bank Woman/Financial Women International, Society of Research Administrators, the American Association of Diabetes Educators, Women in Cable/Women in Cable and telecommunication, National Association of EVE owners, National Association of Coupon processors, American Association of Nursing Executives and many more. I was directly responsible for all Database, Hardware, Network and Telecommunications systems and infrastructure.
